Our 90-Day Risk-Free Trial

We are so confident in the quality and effectiveness of our products that we offer every customer a 90-day risk-free trial period. We want you to feel completely secure in your purchase, knowing you have time to experience the results for yourself.

If you are not satisfied with your product, you can return it within 90 days from the date of delivery, provided it is in its original condition and includes all parts and accessories originally included with your purchase.

That said, real results take consistent use over time. That is why we require a minimum 30-day trial period before a return can be initiated. Results build gradually with daily use — most customers begin to notice meaningful changes within the first 4 to 8 weeks of consistent sessions. Some may experience results sooner, while others may need a bit more time depending on their individual situation.

For this reason, returns are not possible during the first 30 days after delivery, and our system does not allow return labels to be issued before this period has passed.

How to Initiate a Return

After the 30-day minimum trial period and within the 90-day return window, you can start your return by sending us an email at info@relivex.com. Our team will review your request and provide you with the next steps, including a return label.

Return Rules and Guidelines

Return Label Required All returns must use the return label provided by ReliveX. Return shipping labels typically cost between $10 and $20, depending on your location and the carrier option selected. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and this amount will be deducted from your final refund.

If you attempt to return a product (a) without using the return label provided by ReliveX, or (b) without all parts and accessories originally included with your purchase, ReliveX may, at its discretion, refuse to process the return and decline the refund.

Restocking and Disposal Fees

  • Opened returns will be refunded to your original payment method, less a non-negotiable 15% hygiene and disposal fee and the shipping label cost.
  • Unopened returns will be refunded to your original payment method, less a non-negotiable 10% restocking fee and the shipping label cost.

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to repackage and resell returned items.

Processing Time Returns are processed within 5–7 business days after your items are received at our warehouse. Refunds are issued to your original payment method only — we cannot credit an alternative payment method. Credit card refunds may take an additional 7–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer and bank.

Returns Outside the Return Window Returns received more than 90 days after the date of delivery are ineligible for a refund and will not be shipped back to the customer. We recommend emailing us in advance so we can confirm your exact trial expiration date.

Gel Pads — Non-Returnable Once Opened

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened gel pads are non-returnable and non-refundable. This applies to all opened gel pad purchases, including refill orders and subscription shipments. Unopened gel pads in their original sealed packaging may be returned under the standard return policy.

⚠️ IMPORTANT: RETURNS ARE ONLY ACCEPTED WHEN SENT WITH A RETURN LABEL PROVIDED BY RELIVEX. IF YOU SHIP A RETURN TO ANY OF THE ADDRESSES BELOW WITHOUT AN OFFICIAL RELIVEX RETURN LABEL, YOUR RETURN WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED, NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED, AND THE PACKAGE WILL NOT BE SHIPPED BACK TO YOU.

We process returns from regional fulfillment centers to make the process as fast and convenient as possible. Once your return is approved, you will receive a return label with the correct destination based on your country.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or develops a defect within 90 days of delivery, please contact us right away. Always include a clear video showing the issue, along with a photo of the shipping label from the packaging. These materials allow us to properly assess the situation.

If the issue is confirmed, we will send you a free replacement at no cost to you. Please note that damaged or defective products are not eligible for a refund or return — we cover these situations exclusively through free replacements within the 90-day window.

Failed or Lost Deliveries

If your order has not arrived — for example, because the package was lost in transit or there was an error with the address — we are here to help. If you have not received your order after 21 days, please contact us within 7 days so we can arrange a free replacement shipment. If you do not contact us within this 7-day window, the cost of a new shipment will be at your own expense.

What Is Not Eligible for a Refund

  • Opened gel pads (for hygiene reasons)
  • Returns initiated before the 30-day minimum trial period
  • Returns received more than 90 days after delivery
  • Lost returns shipped without a trackable and insured service
  • Returns severely damaged due to poor packaging
  • Returns sent to an incorrect address
  • Original return shipping costs

Reserved Rights Regarding Returns

Once a return is initiated and a return label has been provided, you have a 7-day grace period to drop the package off at your local post office or carrier location. If the product is not dropped off within 7 days of receiving your return label, ReliveX reserves the right to cancel the return.

We also reserve the right to define, limit, refuse, or reject returns at our sole discretion at any time due to:

  • An irregular or excessive return history
  • An irregular or excessive return history involving used, altered, damaged, or missing items
  • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity

Items sent to our warehouse without proper authorization may be discarded upon receipt.

Cannot I Return Without Contacting You First?

No. You must contact us before returning any product so that we are aware of the shipment, can issue the proper return label, and can track the package for correct processing. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be eligible for a refund.
